Payment Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Cards: Visa / Mastercard, processed via our card payment partner.
- Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, and TON, processed via NOWPayments.
- Other methods shown at checkout, where available in your region (e.g. bank transfer, digital payment systems).
2. How Deposits Work
All deposits are converted to your V3SIM wallet balance in USD. For card payments, the charge is processed immediately. For crypto payments, we generate a unique deposit address and amount for your specific transaction — funds are credited to your wallet once the payment reaches the "finished" status from our processor, which typically requires network confirmation.
3. Crypto Payment — Important Notes
- Send the exact coin and network shown. Sending USDT on the wrong network (e.g. ERC20 instead of TRC20) to a TRC20 address may result in permanent loss of funds — cryptocurrency networks are not interoperable, and this cannot be reversed by us.
- Minimum amounts vary by coin/network and are shown before you confirm your deposit. Sending less than the minimum may result in funds not being credited.
- Each deposit address is typically single-use for a specific invoice — don't reuse an old address for a new deposit unless explicitly instructed.
- Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Double-check the address and network before sending.
If your crypto payment doesn't appear in your wallet within an hour of network confirmation, contact support via the
Contacts page with your transaction hash and the amount sent.
4. Fees
Any processing fee for a given payment method is shown at checkout before you confirm the deposit. Network fees for crypto (paid to miners/validators, not to us) are separate and vary by network congestion.
5. Failed or Partial Payments
If a crypto payment is underpaid relative to the invoiced amount, it may be credited at the amount actually received, held for manual review, or require you to send the remaining balance — depending on the case. We do not credit wallets for amounts below what our processor confirms as received.
6. Security
We never store your full card number. Payment provider callbacks are cryptographically verified server-side before any wallet balance is updated, and duplicate notifications cannot result in duplicate credits.
