Note to site owner: this reflects what your codebase actually collects and does today (email, hashed password, wallet/transaction history, IP address for rate-limiting and fraud checks, and payment-provider callbacks from NOWPayments/Paystack/Flutterwave/Korapay). Update it if you add analytics, ad tracking, or new data collection later.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
Usage data: your order history, wallet transactions, and numbers you've rented.
Technical data: IP address and basic device/browser information, used for rate-limiting, fraud prevention, and security logging.
Payment data: when you deposit funds, our payment processors (NOWPayments for crypto, and card/bank processors) handle your card or wallet details directly — we never see or store your full card number or crypto wallet private keys. We receive only confirmation of payment status and amount.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service, including number rental and OTP delivery;
To process deposits and maintain your wallet balance accurately;
To send account-related emails: email verification, password reset, and transaction confirmations;
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
To respond to support requests you send us.

We send transactional emails only — account verification, password resets, and deposit/order confirmations. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in.

Payment processors, to complete deposits (NOWPayments, and any card/bank gateways enabled on your account);
Our transactional email provider, to deliver verification and account emails;
Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by applicable law.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
